The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Optional form remembering uses browser local storage only after your choice.
What we store in the browser
Website code sets no cookies and uses no sessionStorage. We do not write form details to persistent storage before you tick Remember. Saved details are not automatically sent to the campsite or used to track visits.
Storage key and lifetime
botusel.inquiry.v2 contains travel dates, camping type, adults, child age groups, selected extras, notes, the time of your choice and expiry. Its maximum lifetime is 30 days from ticking, without automatic renewal on editing. An expired copy is removed when you return to the form; the browser does not run background deletion while the site is closed.
How to stop remembering
Untick Remember in the form to delete the saved copy and stop future saves. Other open form tabs respect that choice. You can also clear data in browser settings. The form works without remembering. Details do not sync across browsers or devices; private browsing may limit retention.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website under its terms and service configuration. WhatsApp and Google Maps load only when you open their links and may use their own technologies. We have no embedded widgets from these services. Provider details appear in the privacy notice.
