What information reaches us
When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, request time, page and browser information for delivery and security. The form asks for travel dates, camping type and adult count. You can also specify child age groups and optional extras; notes are optional. Through WhatsApp or email we may receive your name, phone number, email address, inquiry and correspondence about your stay. The form does not request identity numbers, identity documents, bank details or medical information.
What happens when you continue on WhatsApp
The form prepares the message in your browser. We have no server receiving the form or online booking database. Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” includes the text in a WhatsApp link, opened in a new tab. The external service may process the link and text before you send the message; we receive it when you send it in the conversation. You can edit or abandon it there. The link may remain in browser history. You may use email instead.
Optional remembering of details
Remembering is initially unticked. Only after you tick it do we save travel dates, camping type, adult count, child age groups, selected extras and notes in this browser for up to 30 days from your choice. They stay locally, without syncing across devices or being sent to a campsite server. You can withdraw agreement by unticking the option: the saved copy is deleted and the form remains usable. Expired details are removed on the next form visit. Your browser may separately retain history or its own copies according to its settings.
Why we use information and on what basis
Answering inquiries and arranging or fulfilling a booking at your request rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Fiscal records and legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Website delivery and security, preventing abuse and defending rights rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights. Optional browser remembering relies on your choice and Article 6(1)(a); withdrawal does not affect use of the form or earlier lawful processing. We do not use inquiries for marketing or make automated decisions on booking acceptance.
Services that may process information
Internal access is limited to people authorised to answer inquiries and manage stays. The providers below may process information in the roles and for the purposes set out in their terms; we do not describe all of them as acting solely as campsite processors. Authorities, the accountant or advisers may receive information where necessary and legally justified.
Cloudflare · hosting and security
Cloudflare Pages delivers the website and its assets and may process technical request information such as IP addresses and security information. The form does not submit travel details to it as a booking form.
Yahoo Mail · booking email
The address gratiela_smi@yahoo.com receives inquiries and personal-data requests. Yahoo International Limited and applicable group entities process messages and technical information under Yahoo Mail terms.
Google · Gmail and Google Maps
The address tonegari.stefan@gmail.com is used for other questions. Google Maps opens only if you choose a map link. We do not embed maps in the page. Google services have their own processing terms.
WhatsApp · booking conversations
The number +40 760 666 888 uses the regular WhatsApp app. For users in the European Region the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which also processes information for its own purposes described in its policy. We do not use WhatsApp Cloud API, a chatbot or an integration that automatically submits the form.
Processing outside the EEA
Cloudflare and communications providers operate international infrastructure and groups; some information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Provider policies describe applicable countries, recipients and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and supplementary measures. Cloudflare publishes a data processing addendum with transfer provisions. You can request information about safeguards relevant to your data at our contact address.
How long we keep information
The periods below apply to copies managed by the campsite. During the monthly review we delete or anonymise information that has reached its limit. If a legal duty, complaint or dispute requires longer retention, we retain only what is needed until that reason ends. Providers may separately retain technical information or backups under their own terms.
Local draft, if you choose Remember
Up to 30 days from your choice; deleted on withdrawal or the next visit after expiry.
Inquiries that do not become bookings
6 months after the last discussion about the inquiry.
Stay confirmations and correspondence
3 years after the stay ends or the booking is cancelled, limited to necessary information.
Personal-data requests
3 years from closing the request to document the response; identity-document copies exceptionally requested are deleted after verification.
Supporting accounting records
5 years calculated from 1 July of the year following the financial year in which they were prepared, under Article 25 of Law 82/1991, unless a special period applies.
Provider technical information
According to the purposes, criteria and periods published by the provider for the service used; the campsite creates no separate visitor-log archive.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw browser-remembering agreement at any time without losing access to the form. We normally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension, we explain the reason within the initial period. We verify identity proportionately, starting with the channel you used to contact us. Do not send an identity-document copy unsolicited.
You can complain to ANSPDCP or use available judicial remedies.
