How an inquiry works
The site presents the campsite and prepares availability inquiries. It has no checkout, online payment or automatically reserved inventory. You can correct your details and message before sending it. Receiving an inquiry does not hold a pitch or confirm a booking. Confirmation must be explicit and include the specific stay conditions.
The offer and total price
Packages and extras are listed on the Prices page. Request a quote for your dates, party, vehicle and connections. Before accepting a booking, you must receive the total price, applicable taxes, included services, any extra charges and payment/cancellation terms. Do not pay based only on an indicative price or an inquiry.
Payment, cancellation and no-show
Payment is due on arrival, in cash or by card. No deposit is required.
You can cancel free of charge before arrival. We do not charge a no-show fee. Please let us know as soon as possible by WhatsApp or telephone if you cancel or are delayed. Date changes depend on availability.
Specific conditions must be provided before confirmation in a form you can retain. An inquiry does not accept undisclosed penalties.
The 14-day withdrawal right and dated stays
Accommodation for a non-residential purpose contracted for specific dates falls within the 14-day statutory withdrawal exception in Article 16(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. This does not automatically make every booking non-refundable or remove rights where services are not provided or are non-conforming. The disclosed cancellation policy and mandatory law apply.
